Rules of Play U.S.G.A. rules will govern play with exception of the following local rules: Out of bounds: Defined by white stakes and/or boundary fended. Golf cart paths: Ball may be dropped one club length no nearer the hole without penalty. Stone Walls: Retaining walls are to be played as obstructions without penalty unless they are placed inside a hazard. Concrete spillways: Unless marked other wise shall be played as a hazard. Play it or drop no closer to hole. Penalty one stroke. Walking policy: Walking allowed on Monday, Tuesay and Thursday only.  Mandatory cart all other days (must ride at all times).   Courtesy of Play As a Courtesy to other players we request that you Repair ball mark, replace divots, rake sand bunkers.   Dress Code: Men and women should not wear swimsuit-type or cut-off shorts, running shorts or jeans of any kind. Men are also requested to wear a collared shirt. Golf shoes are required for play and when using the practice green. Caution Golfers are responsible for all damage to persons, property and buildings, for errant golf shots or reckless use golf carts.
