The Course

Seven miles south of Ensenada at the end of a canyon surrounded by mountains is this 18-hole par 72 beautiful championship golf course. With 6.859 yards from blue tees, was built in 1990.

The majesty of the surrounding mountains literally embraces the greens of the Baja Country Club.

As it winds it’s way up the canyon the gentle breeze from the Pacific Ocean blows constantly over the fairways and greens providing a refreshing atmosphere.

Baja Country Club features an Island Green, a Double Green, a Desert Hole, as well as 12 acres of lakes.

Describing it is one thing, playing it is another!

The course was designed by a former associate of Golf Architects Pete and Roy Dye.

The course over the past few years was not maintained very well until Marena, the most prestigious developer in Rosarito Beach took over. Together with Bent Grass Greens the course is in great shape.
